SNOW.S.U is heading to Mt. Bachelor this MLK Weekend — January 16–19, 2026!
Four days. Three nights. One massive trip with the entire OSU ski and snowboard crew.
We’ve locked down a set of private houses in Bend, each with full kitchens, hot tubs, and plenty of room to crash, cook, and hang together. Ride the mountain all day, hit Bend’s breweries and bars at night, and come back for wax tunes, food, and late-night chaos with your crew.
This trip is built to be affordable, social, and unforgettable — perfect for everyone from first-timers to backcountry senders. Whether you’re carpooling down or joining one of our group rides, the trip starts the second you leave campus.
Pack your skis, your board, and your stoke — this is the biggest trip of the season. Spots are limited and move fast.

WHO?
Your fellow SNOWSU friends and the 2025/26 executive board, who are hosting this unforgettable trip. This is your chance to spend up to 4 whole days skiing, Hanging out, and getting to know your fellow SNOWSU members. With multiple houses reserved just for us, you’ll be surrounded by nothing but good people and a fun time.
WHAT?
Up to four straight days of skiing at MT Bachelor, one North Americas Biggest ski Resorts. Hit the slopes during the day, then après, and keep the fun going all night with events and fun all night
WHEN?
January 16th–19th, 2026. A long weekend prime winter season, right at the beginning of the year, so you can kick off the the year with powder days and fun!

Mt Bachelor Oregon, known for its great food and outdoor recreation opportunities along with its close proximity makes it a great trip destination for SNOWSU’s MLK weekend trip
PRICE?
$235 Covers your spot for the Weekend, Including Lodging Food and Drink and All of the Fun events we have planned. We also have discounted lift tickets starting at as low as $70 a day. Spots are limited so lock your spot in early.
HOW OUR TRIP REGESTRATION PROCESS WORKS

Fill out one of these forms. We will review all of the information you sent and ensure that we have space and transportation for you on the trip.

We’ll reach out to you once we have confirmed there is a spot for you on the trip. You will have 48 Hours to pay for the trip.

After you paid we will schedule 1 or 2 Pre-Trip meetings to get everyone ready for the trip. We’ll cover our itinerary, travel, food and much much more.

Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Because SNOWSU must cover large prepaid expenses to secure housing, transportation, and other logistics, refunds cannot be offered for any reason. If you need to cancel after reserving your spot, the only way to avoid losing your payment is if either a waitlisted person takes your place, or you personally find a replacement traveler. Otherwise, your spot and payment are forfeited.
Lastly, all attendees are expected to follow both club rules and house rules. You are personally responsible for any damages you cause to property or belongings, nor is SNOWSU responsible for your personal belongings, and you’ll be required to pay in full for anything you break or destroy. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited; bringing them could result in immediate removal from the trip without a refund. Safety is also a top priority, SNOWSU is not liable for accidents, injury, or illness during the trip, but medical treatment will be provided if necessary. See waiver for more information.
