The SNOWSU Sweepstakes is operated by SNOWSU, a registered nonprofit organization in the State of Oregon and a registered student organization at Oregon State University. The sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. The sweepstakes runs until February 4 at 5:59 PM Pacific Time, after which entries will no longer be accepted. Participants may enter by purchasing a sweepstakes entry corresponding to a specific prize through the SNOWSU website or by submitting a free mail-in entry. Mail-in entries must be sent via the United States Postal Service and must arrive by the sweepstakes end time at 430 NW 15th Street, Corvallis, OR. Mail-in entries must include a hand-drawn snowman, the entrant’s name, email address, phone number, and a clear indication of which prize package the entry is intended for. Limit one entry per person per prize category, regardless of entry method.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for each prize category. Each lift ticket prize pack (Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo) will have two separate drawings, with one winner selected per drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each prize. Winners will be announced in person at an on-campus SNOWSU event on February 4 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with the location announced separately, and will also be contacted using the information provided at entry. Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes must be picked up in Corvallis, Oregon. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. By entering, participants agree to these rules and release SNOWSU from any liability related to participation in the sweepstakes or use of any prize. The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and is void where prohibited.

In addition to the sweepstakes described above, SNOWSU will host separate promotional giveaways in person and on Instagram. An in-person entry opportunity will be available at select SNOWSU events, where participants may enter a drawing for a Chipotle gift card by submitting a $1 entry, which constitutes a separate prize pack and drawing from the main sweepstakes. Additionally, an Instagram promotion will offer participants the chance to win a $25 Panda Express gift card by tagging five (5) friends on the designated SNOWSU Instagram post. These in-person and Instagram giveaways are independent of the main sweepstakes, will each have their own random drawing, and are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Chipotle, or Panda Express. Participation in these promotions does not affect eligibility or odds in the main SNOWSU Sweepstakes.
